When can I receive my order?

1. Most physical address deliveries will be completed within 10 - 25 business days. (We will choose the fastest and safest logistics to send to you according to different regions.)

2. After the order is successfully placed, it will be sent within 2-3 days. Customized or special orders require an additional 3 - 5 days. (If there are any problems with the order, we will contact you in time)

3. Each package usually contains no more than 10 shirts or more than 2 kg of items. If the quantity exceeds this, another package will be sent.

4. What should I do if I receive defective or wrong items? (First, a special staff will check whether the quality is correct before sending it. We will also take photos to confirm with you before sending it.)

5. If the package is lost in the middle of the journey or detained by customs. Don't worry about this. We will resend the package to you free of charge and ensure that you can receive it.
